The influence of her caregivers was profound. Kind words, a caring touch, reassurance during dark days. Simple acts of humanity and compassion made all the difference, and she chose a career in healthcare leadership as a result. 

Renee Waller, M.S., mentors leaders by teaching them the critical skills they need to be effective. For more than 25 years, she's built a reputation for providing skilled and practical guidance to healthcare leaders across the country, after having served as a leader in a hospital for 8 years herself.
